By accessing or using BathEstimates.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

BathEstimates.com is a lead generation and contractor matching platform that connects homeowners seeking bathroom remodeling services with licensed contractors. We do not perform remodeling work ourselves. We facilitate introductions between homeowners and contractors but are not a party to any agreement between them. Estimates provided through the Site are non-binding and subject to change based on in-home assessments.

By submitting an estimate request, you authorize BathEstimates.com to share your contact information and project details with up to three matched contractors. You understand that contractors may contact you by phone, email, or text message. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor. BathEstimates.com does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work. You are responsible for independently verifying contractor credentials before entering into any contract.

Contractors who apply to join the BathEstimates.com network represent that they hold all required licenses and insurance for their jurisdiction, have been in business for at least two years, maintain a 4.0+ star rating across review platforms, and will respond to appointment requests within 24 hours. BathEstimates.com reserves the right to remove any contractor from the network at any time for failure to meet these standards or for conduct that reflects negatively on the platform.

You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) use the Site to spam or harass contractors or homeowners; (c) scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site without written permission; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site; (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BathEstimates.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The BathEstimates.com name, logo, and "Bath Estimates Certified" badge are trademarks of BathEstimates.com.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BATHESTIMATES.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY CONTRACTOR LISTED ON THE SITE AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATHESTIMATES.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BathEstimates.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
